Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team at Woodlands Hospital on a temporary basis, covering duties of an Assistant Manager on maternity leave. Maintain risk registers and the ERM PRISM database, and gather regular updates from departments. Arrange meetings to discuss risks, controls and key risk indicators, and document the information in reports and meeting notes. Draft reports and PowerPoint slides, and support the enhancement of ERM training materials. Coordinate Control Self-Assessment activities and liaise with departments and the insurance broker on renewals, claims and queries.
