About the role
You will support the Entertainment team at a large integrated resort in Singapore, helping to run live shows, VIP functions and special events. The role sits within a busy, fast-paced environment and suits someone with strong coordination skills who enjoys working with many different departments and external partners.
Work with Marketing, Communications, Social Media and event promoters to plan and run promotional campaigns for shows and entertainment events.
Gather and coordinate marketing content for the company's Entertainment social media channels, making sure it is accurate, timely and on-brand.
Write clear briefs for marketing materials such as digital assets, social media content and promotional items.
Track campaign performance and highlight insights, gaps or changes needed to Marketing teams.
Keep up to date with trends in social media, entertainment and hospitality to support campaign ideas.
Help with on-ground activations, artist content coordination and post-campaign reporting.
Assist with sourcing, booking, scheduling, contracting and managing artists and special event needs for concerts, private casino events and seasonal or red carpet events.
Act as Event Manager for assigned events under senior guidance, making sure on-site execution runs smoothly.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Technical Production, Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Transportation, BOH/FOH and Ticketing to meet artist and event requirements.
Work with Legal and Procurement to draft, review and execute artist contracts and get timely approvals.
Track contract status, approvals and milestones, and raise risks or delays.
Make sure events follow licensing, safety and internal operational standards.
Provide administrative support to the Entertainment management team, including scheduling, documentation and reporting.
Help with budget tracking, invoice processing and procurement requests for entertainment activities.
Keep accurate records of artist contracts, event logistics and departmental documents.
Prepare post-event reports and help with event debriefs.
Maintain trackers for event status, budgets, forecasts and approvals.
Good to know
Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays may be required based on event schedules.
The role is based at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Requirements
Degree in Events Management, Arts & Entertainment, Marketing or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in event marketing, coordination or entertainment preferred
Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with project management tools or basic technical drawings is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
