Assistant Manager, Events & Programming (Placemaking)

About the role

You will plan, develop, coordinate and run a range of events at Mandai Wildlife Reserve's public spaces to drive footfall, improve guest experience and build the brand. The role covers the full event lifecycle, from concept and budgeting to onsite operations and post-event evaluation. You will work with internal teams and external partners, vendors and contractors, and handle quotations, contracts and vendor performance. You will also track event KPIs, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and produce post-event reports with recommendations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant events management experience
• Experience coordinating multiple projects at once
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong project coordination and management skills
• Creative thinking and event conceptualisation
