Assistant Manager / Executive, Engineering & Sustainability

About the role

Manage sustainability initiatives and engineering projects such as solar PV installations, M&E enhancement works and smart building technologies. Coordinate with operations teams and stakeholders to collect, validate and report utility and sustainability data, including GRESB submissions and sustainability disclosures. Identify and implement solutions to improve energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management and recycling across the portfolio. Conduct feasibility studies, pilot trials and technical assessments, and oversee projects from planning to implementation. Prepare management reports, business cases and presentations for project approvals.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sustainability, engineering, facilities management, green building or built environment
• Familiarity with green building certifications, sustainability reporting frameworks, energy management and environmental regulations
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
