When
You will identify prospective tenants, conduct site viewings and follow up with prospects. You will lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, expansions and consolidations within assigned building clusters, and work to close deals. You will develop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their partners. You will also work with asset managers to maximise occupancy and revenue, and with the marketing team on marketing strategies. Other duties include monitoring market supply and demand, building networks with tenants and agents, forecasting revenue, preparing rental reports and cash flows, and acting as a brand ambassador.
