You will support the Associate Director, Operations in managing the operations and maintenance of a retail mall. Duties include coordinating operations programmes, executing maintenance works, and helping prepare the annual operations budget. You will manage maintenance contracts, procurement of equipment replacement works, and attend to feedback and service requests promptly. You will also work with technicians and vendors, handle mall incidents, and ensure safety compliance. You will be part of the Company Emergency Response Team and the Environmental Health Safety team.
