When
Support the Operations Manager in running the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a retail mall. Coordinate operations programmes and maintenance works so the mall runs at an optimum level. Prepare the annual budget, manage maintenance contracts and supervise operational expenses. Assist with asset enhancement initiatives, tenant renovation works and operational support for mall promotions. Handle feedback and service requests promptly, lead technicians and manage vendors, and serve on the emergency response and workplace safety teams.
