Assistant Manager / Executive, Operations, Singapore (2-Years Contract) - Westgate

About the role

Support the Operations Manager in running the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a retail mall. Coordinate operations programmes and maintenance works so the mall runs at optimum level. Prepare the annual budget, manage maintenance contracts and supervise operational expenses. Assist with asset enhancement initiatives, tenant renovation works and operational support for mall promotions. Handle feedback and service requests promptly, lead technicians and manage vendors, and take part in the emergency response and workplace safety teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
• Fresh graduates with a relevant degree welcome
• Strong initiative, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to work within tight timelines
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work beyond standard operating hours when required
