When
You will join the Business Park and Industrial Operations team, reporting to the Manager, Property Management. Your duties include handling the takeover and handover of premises with tenants and purchasers, and planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for the company's properties. You will supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance repairs and renovation works, and maintain buildings with a focus on security and cleanliness. You will also manage and attend to complaints, feedback and service requests promptly, and promote good relations with partners and tenants. You will be part of the Company Emergency Response Team, serving as SIC, ERT and First Aider.
