When
You will be part of the tenant relations team at an assigned mall, building strong relationships with tenants. You will track and analyse tenant performance, engage tenants on performance discussions and expansion opportunities, and conduct regular meetings to understand their business needs. You will liaise with tenants on operational feedback and leasing matters, and support the Central Leasing team with lease management and administration. You will also ensure tenants adhere to lease terms, analyse sales data for reporting, and assist the Centre/General Manager with yearly budgeting and forecasts for leasing income.
