Manage departmental expenses and prepare the annual operating budget and finance
Oversee inventory control so staff have the supplies and equipment they need
Handle and anticipate guest queries and needs, especially VIPs, and carry out service recovery
Review guest feedback and satisfaction scores to improve quality and standards
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out for guests
Coordinate with Housekeeping so arrival apartments are ready before check-in
