Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
Work safely and protect the safety of others.
Build a department culture focused on creating a special experience for guests.
Gather verbal feedback from guests and team members each service period.
Agree and carry out actions to improve customer service.
Handle guest complaints and comments, following up and reporting to the Outlet Manager.
Respond to guest requests and queries promptly, helping on the floor during peak periods.
Train team members to anticipate guest needs and assist with reasonable requests.
Deliver service standards from the Guest Satisfaction Manual and SOP Manual consistently.
Know departmental standards in detail, explain them to team members and managers, and assess performance against them.
Run regular standards training in the outlets.
Monitor standards through regular review checks.
Prepare rosters and job schedules based on business needs, occupancy and events.
Liaise with Front Office and Groups & Tours teams to grow in-house and group business.

Create an environment where everyone sells.
Control costs following company procedures without lowering standards.
Analyse and explain financial variances against plan.
