When
You will lead and coordinate new overseas market setups, including business incorporation, trademark registration, office setup and store build-outs. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from construction and procurement to pre-opening training, operational handover and post-opening support. You will act as the main liaison between overseas partners and internal teams such as Operations, Culinary, Marketing and Supply Chain. You will also manage project timelines, develop franchise manuals and SOPs, and support business plans, budgets and partner performance monitoring.
