Assistant Manager, Loyalty & Partnership Marketing

About the role

You will identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, lifestyle brands and travel platforms to drive revenue across rooms, food and beverage, MICE and spa. You will lead licensed IP collaborations from planning to execution, working with internal teams and external agencies. You will also manage loyalty programmes such as Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus, including campaign execution and member enrolment. The role involves tracking performance, preparing reports and presentations, and handling partnership administration and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, loyalty programmes, or commercial marketing
• Strong business development, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organisational skills
