About the role
This role sits with the commercial business at Changi Airport, where you will own and improve the systems that keep retail and leasing operations running. You will split your time between keeping current platforms stable and driving upgrades and new technology rollouts. It suits someone who is comfortable talking to both business users and technical teams, and who enjoys solving problems across systems and vendors.
What you'll do
- Take charge of commercial platforms such as the Lease Management System and Point of Sale System, covering enhancements, daily operations and governance.
- Work with business users to understand their needs, spot areas for improvement and turn those into technology solutions.
