About the role

Drive and enhance the Group's Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls and Business Continuity practices. Implement and improve ERM and internal control frameworks across business units, and develop policies and training for management and process owners. Prepare and consolidate risk reports, dashboards and key risk indicators for Management and Board reporting. Coordinate insurance renewals and reviews, analyse claims trends, and support business continuity and crisis management reviews and exercises. Drive digitalisation of data collection and analytics tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Risk Management or similar
Experience in COSO ERM and ISO31000 risk management frameworks
Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Meticulous with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
