Manage and grow the office leasing portfolio in Singapore through business development, client relationship management and transaction execution. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners and corporate occupiers, and identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and networking. Execute office leasing transactions from origination to completion, including property tours, proposals and lease negotiations. Monitor Singapore office market trends and prepare market reports, property materials and client presentations. Work with research, marketing and other teams to deliver integrated solutions, and mentor junior team members.
