About the role

You will manage the leasing of retail units and pop-up locations to optimise occupancy and revenue. You will develop and execute leasing strategies that align with the overall retail strategy to achieve the desired retail mix and rental income targets. Your duties include prospecting, sourcing new retail concepts, marketing, negotiating new leases and renewals, and handling lease documentation. You will also conduct market intelligence, prepare leasing budgets and management reports, and build strong landlord-tenant relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business or Real Estate Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing role of a major shopping center or retail agency or retail group
Track record of concluding negotiation and leases with retailers
Experience with luxury retailers
Familiarity and strong interest in F&B
Strong negotiation, communication and management skills
