When
You will support enterprise-wide operational monitoring to strengthen resilience and enable early intervention. This includes identifying emerging operational risks, performing rostered OpsWatch duties, and maintaining situational awareness across business, technology, customer, product, trading, draw, security and facility operations. You will lead incident assessment and triage, coordinate with operational teams and stakeholders, and escalate incidents according to protocols. You will also prepare management updates and incident reports, maintain OpsWatch logs and procedures, and train the ATLAS system to improve incident detection and recommendations.
