When
You will report to the Assistant Director, Quality Management and help ensure that quality and safety activities and processes are developed, implemented and evaluated to support patient care at SingHealth Polyclinics. Your duties include implementing programmes, projects and activities related to quality and safety, and coordinating and supporting quality assurance and improvement initiatives. You will represent the department in committees, workgroups and meetings, and liaise with internal and external parties on quality and safety matters. You will also provide administrative support for clinical governance and other programmes under the quality management framework, and perform other duties as assigned.
