About the role
The Service Academy promotes a culture of service excellence and honours staff who go the extra mile for patients and colleagues. This role sits within that team, shaping recognition programmes, building partnerships and driving initiatives that lift service standards across the organisation. It suits someone with a background in learning and development, awards or stakeholder work who enjoys juggling several priorities at once.
What you'll do
- Coordinate quarterly internal service awards and manage submissions for external service awards
- Put out calls for submissions, gather supporting evidence and run scoring processes fairly and accurately
- Work with organising committees so award presentations and events run smoothly
