You will support the Joint Office of Academic Medicine in implementing major administrative initiatives across 15 Academic Clinical Programmes. Your work involves translating recommendations into detailed role definitions, reporting lines, governance structures, and employment frameworks. You will develop implementation documentation such as guidelines, standard operating procedures, and transition plans. You will coordinate with stakeholders across the cluster to ensure consistent adoption and provide progress tracking and reporting. You will also support change management efforts and surface operational issues through consultation.
