Support the development and implementation of research data policies, governance frameworks and standard operating procedures, including areas relating to AI and emerging technologies. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Institutional Research Data Board (IRDB) and SingHealth Data Access Committee (SDAC), covering application review, stakeholder engagement, governance assessments and committee coordination. Help streamline governance processes through digital technologies, workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions such as Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Forms. Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support the implementation of scalable digital solutions. There may be opportunities to grow into adjacent areas such as data, platform development and grant management.
