You will manage transformational improvement projects that align with the hospital's strategies. This involves using operations analytics and streamlining work processes. You will work with stakeholders to achieve agreed goals through project management and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA. You will also facilitate quality improvement workshops and may assist in maintaining systems and governance for quality improvement projects. Additionally, you may oversee secretariat duties for the hospital's Quality Network as part of portfolio rotation.
