Assistant Manager (Support & Patient Operations - Security Services), EGH Planning Office

You will support the planning and development of security operations, systems and programmes to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors and staff. This includes developing security and carpark workflows, policies, SOPs, contingency plans and communications protocols, and supporting technology-enabled security solutions such as CCTV and carpark monitoring. You will also support site security operations including incident reporting and investigation, carpark management, access control, visitor management and stakeholder engagement. The role involves secretariat support for meetings, cross-functional initiatives, risk assessments, business continuity planning, contract management and manpower planning. You will support staff training and onboarding, and over time progress to leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
