Assistant Producer, Exhibitions – Museum (Temp)

About the role

Support Producers and Curators with research on artists, institutions and technologies, and help prepare exhibition proposals and reference materials. Coordinate meetings, timelines and project documentation with internal departments such as Programmes, Marketing and Museum Services. Assist with compliance paperwork, risk assessments and accessibility reviews under guidance. Help with installation and deinstallation logistics, loans administration, collections care and content coordination. Support budget, procurement, hospitality and travel arrangements for visiting artists and collaborators. Assist on-site during press previews, public talks, workshops and VIP events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Museum Studies, Design, Communications or related field preferred
• 1–2 years' experience in museums, galleries, events, production or cultural institutions
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
