Assistant Project Manager - Corporate real estate & workplace

About the role

You will support the delivery of project management services across the full project lifecycle. This includes doing background research, collecting data and benchmarking to help with decision-making, and keeping project documentation and reporting systems in order. You will help develop and update detailed project plans and schedules, track progress and performance indicators, and manage change control processes. You will also liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders, attend project meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in project management or similar role
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) is a plus
