When
You will coordinate projects such as small tenant improvements, capital improvements and building or site repairs. You will review requisitions, change orders, payment applications and invoices, and support site staff with requirements, cost estimates and schedules. You will also take part in building evaluations, help prepare audit reports, and assist in selecting consultants and contractors. You will issue regular status reports and obtain approvals for project plans and budget changes. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
