Assistant Project Manager – Data Centre PMC (West Area)

About the role

You will provide operational, administrative and technical support to the Data Centre PMC team. Your duties include managing document control in the Common Data Environment, updating project logs, and tracking RFIs, submittals and variation orders. You will attend project meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items. You will also support site inspections by capturing progress photos, logging safety concerns and tracking punch-list items. Additionally, you will help gather and organise closeout and handover documentation such as O&M manuals, warranties and as-built drawings.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in building construction or project coordination
• Ability to read architectural blueprints, structural designs and single-line diagrams
• Basic understanding of construction sequencing
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Procore and ACC
• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
