About the role

This role supports room sales across a group of hotels, covering either leisure travel or corporate accounts. You will represent the properties to clients and help grow the account base. It suits someone with a sales or marketing background who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Handle the account portfolio for Amoy Hotel, The Clan Hotel, Oasia Hotel Downtown and Oasia Hotel Novena.
Represent the hotel professionally, keeping up proper grooming standards and conduct, and present the hotel's products and services well.
Carry out day-to-day sales work such as telemarketing, sales calls, hotel visits, entertainment and virtual presentations.

Generate new leads and prospects and open new accounts to expand the client base.

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through sales calls and regular site inspections to keep them loyal.

Manage leads and enquiries and give suitable solutions promptly.

Use company systems and sales tools diligently, including the property management system, customer relationship management system and booker loyalty where relevant.

Give timely updates to your superior and team on activities and market information.

Review the account portfolio regularly and present analysis of each account and forward action plans to management.

Follow statutory regulations and internal guidelines and SOPs.

Chase up clients with outstanding and overdue payments.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing
Relevant experience is welcome
Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
