About the role

You will lead a team at a senior care centre, managing daily operations and ensuring quality service for seniors. Duties include staff development, rostering, budgeting, stock inventory, and compliance with MOH and organisational standards. You will conduct interRAI care assessments and translate findings into individualised care plans. You will also engage with stakeholders, caregivers, and volunteers to support service delivery and client utilisation.

Requirements

At least 2 years' experience as a supervisor in a senior care centre, dementia care, geriatrics or healthcare settings
Passion and patience in serving seniors
Excellent leadership with good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Able to work independently and under time constraints
Proficiency in Mandarin and dialects
