When
You will join the data analytics team to develop creative approaches to data sourcing and derive new variables that support high-impact business solutions. Your work will cover product analytics for casino operations, including performance analysis, manpower efficiency, and dealer performance. You will apply advanced analytics, modelling, and machine learning to improve gaming floor optimisation, demand forecasting, and manpower scheduling. You will also build dashboards and reports, design A/B tests, and work closely with operations and marketing to translate modelling results into business strategy. You will collaborate with business intelligence, data warehouse, IT, and smart IR teams to implement analytical solutions.
