When
You will support organisation-wide digitalisation efforts by working with business departments to apply existing government digital and AI tools to improve work processes. You will configure tools, develop and refine prompts and workflows, and test the quality and consistency of outputs with users. You will engage business users to understand pain points, gather requirements and map workflows into practical use cases. You will also document configurations and guidance, and support project management activities such as workplans and stakeholder coordination.
