Associate/Assistant Director, Knowledge Management officer (Contract)

About the role

You will support MAS' transition to Whole-of-Government collaboration platforms and related knowledge management initiatives. Working with business and technology stakeholders, you will help departments adopt and govern collaboration sites, including site ownership, permissions, information organisation and content lifecycle management. You will develop and implement initiatives that improve how organisational knowledge is captured, organised, shared and reused. You will also support communications, training and user engagement, and gather feedback to improve these initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in knowledge management, information management, information systems, business administration or related discipline
• Relevant experience in knowledge management, information management, change management, content management or related field
• Experience supporting projects involving knowledge sharing, collaboration, content management or user adoption
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes
