Associate Consultants / Consultants / Senior Consultants, Vascular Surgery

About the role

You will provide day-to-day patient care in vascular surgery as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your duties include diagnosing and treating vascular conditions such as peripheral vascular disease, aortic disease, venous disease and carotid stenosis. You will also manage vascular trauma and renal access, and be part of the Diabetic Foot Ulcer Multi-Disciplinary Team. Daily ward work, clinic consultations and on-call duties are required. You will also mentor junior doctors and take on clinical, education, research and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Basic medical degree and a postgraduate qualification registrable with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
• Must be in active clinical practice
• Prior experience in an acute hospital setting
• Ability to work independently and manage patients competently
• Confident, proactive and an effective team player
