About the role

This role sits in the Group Ops Capability Centre, which drives AI capability development and digital transformation across the bank's operations lines of business. You will focus on rolling out and improving GenAI chatbot and voicebot solutions, including Digibot 2.0 and Joybot, across regional markets. It suits someone with hands-on experience delivering AI projects end to end and an interest in change management and adoption work.

What you'll do

Lead the design, development and deployment of GenAI chatbot and voicebot solutions, guided conversations and foundational items
Work with development teams to identify and implement GenAI and guided conversation enhancements
Gather data and monitor the performance of GenAI applications and guided conversations
Maintain documentation and user guides for GenAI solutions and guided conversations
Partner with business stakeholders and the marketing team on activation roadmaps and creative assets to drive engagement and commercialisation
Drive the regional rollout of Digibot 2.0 into key markets such as Singapore and Taiwan
Support programme-level projects such as CASA offload and tech debt items
Support adoption initiatives and marketing campaigns for GenAI Joybot and Digibot

Requirements

Proven track record delivering AI projects end to end
Experience with change management
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
Familiarity with large language models and their applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work well in a team
