Lead and manage a team of Cost Managers across CSA and MEP disciplines throughout the full project lifecycle, from inception to final account closure. Oversee cost plans, estimates, budgets and expenditure approvals, and develop packaging and procurement strategies. Manage tender processes, administer contracts and provide commercial leadership on cost control, variations and final accounts. Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders, and mentor the cost management team while monitoring project financial performance.
