Associate Director/Director, Advisory

About the role

You will drive client delivery across the region and support business generation activities for the Advisory team, including infrastructure and energy work. You will lead programme mobilisation for major capital, infrastructure, real estate and transformation programmes, defining vision, objectives and delivery principles. You will design operating models, governance frameworks and organisational structures, and establish programme management offices. You will also lead change and transformation activities, facilitate workshops, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. The role includes supporting business development and proposal activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in programme management, advisory, consulting or organisational transformation
• Proven experience mobilising large-scale programmes or portfolios
• Experience developing programme operating models and governance frameworks
• Strong understanding of programme management and PMO best practices
• Experience with major infrastructure, real estate, defence, transport, energy or government programmes
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
