Associate Director/Director, Investment (Logistics & Industrial)

About the role

You will work with the Logistics & Industrial sales and leadership team to develop and execute strategic investment initiatives for revenue growth. You will lead the building of an investment pipeline, identify high-value targets, coordinate due diligence, negotiate deal terms, and manage deals through to integration. You will also conduct market research and financial analysis to assess deal attractiveness and portfolio impact. The role involves drafting investment memos and presentations, maintaining portfolio databases, and building relationships with investors, developers, owners, and funds in the Singapore market.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong financial analysis and due diligence skills
• Experience with investment transactions and deal management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
