Associate Director/ Director, Southeast Asia (Real Estate Investment)

About the role

You will join the Southeast Asia Investment team, reporting to the Head of Investment, and help lead investment, M&A and related activities across the region. Your work includes developing investment strategies to grow funds under management, sourcing and securing pipeline assets, and structuring deals with cross-functional teams. You will run market studies, financial analysis and due diligence, and negotiate potential investments while ensuring compliance with investment criteria and risk standards. You will also prepare documentation for internal and fund investment committee approvals, execute divestments, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Good understanding of a wide variety of asset classes
• Experience in fund management preferred, or a solid track record of deal experience in Southeast Asia
• Open to candidates from the banking sector with good knowledge of real estate
• Proficient in stakeholder management
• Resourceful and solution-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs
