You will own the group procurement policy framework and lead the Singapore-based shared services team, working closely with category teams, legal, risk and the wider business. Act as the main point of contact for procurement policy and procedure questions and interpretation across departments
Oversee the Group Procurement Shared Services/Operations team supporting IT, Networks, Devices and Indirect procurement units
Manage tender administration, including lifecycle management of tenders, waivers of competition and direct sourcing
Run central contracts lifecycle management for procurement contracts across Singtel units
