Associate Director / Manager, Leasing, Singapore (Retail Central Leasing)

About the role

You will join the retail leasing team in Singapore, planning and carrying out leasing strategies for the retail portfolio. Your duties include handling lease negotiations for new leases and renewals, and planning the tenancy mix for malls. You will source and secure suitable tenants, handle leasing enquiries, and recommend retail spaces to prospects. You will work closely with asset managers to achieve good mall occupancy and revenue, and conduct market research to keep up with retail trends. Building a strong network with retailers and tenants is also part of the role.

Requirements

• Valid CEA license
• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity in the retail industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good network of tenants and contacts
• Positive disposition, resourcefulness and a team player
