Associate Director - Project Management (Data Center)

About the role

Lead the delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from start to finish. Manage strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, governance and execution so projects meet client expectations, quality standards and budgets. Oversee project portfolios, mentor junior project managers and help grow the business. Handle project budgets, invoicing and procurement, and conduct site inspections to monitor safety, quality and progress.

Requirements

• Construction-related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering) or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years' experience in project management or construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills with people management experience
• Strong business acumen and client management experience
