When
You will support community engagement programmes at a polyclinic, working with internal and external partners and programme target groups to meet KPIs. Duties include assisting with referrals and appointment bookings, following up on programme indicators, and supporting outreach, events, talks, surveys and meetings. You will also handle data entry, collate statistics, maintain tracking lists, and ensure programme spaces are well maintained. Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
