You will provide administrative and manpower planning support to the Division of Medicine & Inpatient Care. Your duties include planning and managing doctors' rosters, including on-call, weekend and public holiday coverage, and addressing roster gaps from leave or absences. You will coordinate with clinical leaders on manpower deployment and handle clinic blocking schedules, leave administration and medical report requests. You will also organise departmental meetings, teaching sessions and events, including logistics, bookings and minute-taking. Other tasks include onboarding support, IT access administration, KPI reporting and cross-coverage for colleagues.
