About the role

This role supports the finance function of a healthcare organisation in Singapore, handling patient billing, claims and account reconciliation. It is a one-year contract position hired through a recruitment agency, suited to someone with a diploma and strong administrative and customer service skills.

What you'll do

Handle patient enquiries, phone calls and general administrative work
Follow up with patients on outstanding bills and issue receipts through PayNow, AXS and HealthHub
Reconcile HealthHub accounts as well as cash and credit card collections
Send Statements of Account to patients
Help with billing of medical records
Support system integration work and prepare journal entries and audit schedules
Coordinate follow-ups on MCPS-related matters
Work with CPF and insurance companies on Medisave claims
Take on other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent certification
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and data entry
Able to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while keeping service standards high
Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
