Associate Executive, Operations

About the role

Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the HQ premises and support clinics to keep a safe, functional and well-maintained environment. Manage service providers such as cleaning, pest control, copiers and water dispensers, and handle maintenance and repair works from requisition to completion and invoice verification. Coordinate with contractors and landlords on M&E tasks including electrical works, lighting repairs, aircon servicing and CCTV. Track and renew licences and contracts, support inspections and compliance, and handle access control, dispatch and courier services, telephony systems and mobile allowance submissions. Support environmental sustainability reporting and initiatives, act as department Fire Warden, and provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and operational communications.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably Business Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Meticulous in administrative duties
• Ability to work independently
