When
You will support the Volunteer Management Department under the Division of Population Health and Integrated Care. Your duties include managing volunteer email and phone enquiries, supporting volunteer deployment, scheduling and record-keeping. You will also help with programme monitoring, evaluation and reporting, and prepare certificates acknowledging volunteer contributions. In addition, you will assist in planning appreciation events, recruitment fairs and campaigns, and handle administrative and financial tracking tasks. You will build good relationships with volunteers and help resolve their issues promptly.
