When
You will handle IT and network warehouse operations, including receiving, asset-tagging, storing, issuing and tracking network hardware and accessories. You will maintain inventory records for models, serial numbers, warranty status and stock movement, and manage spare units, SFPs, cables and modules. You will coordinate deliveries and equipment movement between warehouse, office, vendor and customer sites, and prepare equipment for deployment. You will also provide Level 1 network support such as basic power, cabling and link checks, device staging, rack-and-stack, patching and simple troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, WLAN and firewall incidents. You will collect diagnostic information and escalate complex issues to Level 2 or 3 engineers.
