About the role

Support capital raising and investor engagement for the Private Capital Markets team. Conduct research on institutional investors, monitor private equity real estate market trends and prepare insights for fundraising strategy. Track NDAs, help prepare pitch decks and respond to investor due diligence requests. Maintain the investor CRM database and generate pipeline and activity reports for management.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate or related discipline
2–5 years of relevant experience in private capital markets, investment management, corporate finance or investor relations
Familiarity with private equity, real assets or PERE markets preferred
Strong analytical, research and presentation skills with high attention to detail
Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
Effective communicator able to work across cross-functional teams
